世界磁砖生产与消费统计

依照Ceramic World Revies 2008年发表的世界磁砖生产与消费有关的统计资料,2007年的数据仍再显示磁砖产业与市场的优秀成果。生产打破80亿平方米障碍、较2006年上扬5.2%,而世界消费达到79.55亿平方米、较2006年上扬7.2%,出口趋势减缓已显现较大。相较于之前四年7-8%成长、2007年进出口只增加2.4%。世界磁砖出口合计19.10亿平方米、比2006年增加45百万平方米。
2007年世界磁砖生产合计81.25亿平方米、较2006年77.25亿平方米上升5.2%,消费由74.20亿平方米上升至79.55亿平方米、相当于产量的98%。产量的增加仍由亚洲来带动、生产了47.78亿平方米、较2006年上扬8%,占世界生产量的58.8%,主要增长为中国、印度、伊朗与越南四国。2007年中、南美洲亦表现不错生产了795百万平方米、较2006年上扬7.1%,主要归因于巴西产量的成长。所有其他区块多少保持2006年的水平,除欧洲共同市场是惟一感受衰退的地方,由于西班牙与义大利市场的减缓、从16亿平方米跌至15.76亿平方米。
依地理位置来分析消费相同,亚洲地区在需求显见高成长、上扬 11.2%合计45.13亿平方米、占世界消费量的56.7%,主要增长仍为中国、印度、伊朗与越南四国。中、南美洲显现9.9%的成长、消费了785百万平方米,几乎占有该地区全部产量。而如所期的磁砖需求成果最差的为北美市场,消费量由507百万平方米掉落至458百万平方米(-9.7%)、主要归因于美国60百万平方米需求量的下跌。
以世界磁砖生产与消费的各大洲做比较,显示磁砖生产与消费地方的产值是相近的趋势。亚洲占有生产量的58.8%与消费量的56.7%、欧洲占有生产量的24.6%与消费量的22.5%,其它美洲占有生产量的13.1%与消费量的15.7%,非洲占有生产量的3.4%与消费量的4.7%。

参照磁砖生产与消费增加的相关趋势,2001-2007 年间的走势,世界磁砖显现了生产53%与消费55%的增长,两者成长的比率差异不多、即使各洲之内亦然如此。非洲生产与消费各别增长了70%与65%,亚洲增长了86%与70%,中、南美洲增长了37%与34%,北美洲增长了20%与25%。
然而,近年来由于全球性的原料、能源价格上涨、新兴生产国家的竞争、美国房地产市场的危机与美元对欧元贬值以及各区块内房地产市场的危机,均需各区域内磁砖产业全力因应与克服。
国际经济困境将持续至2008年,全球陶瓷产业将是另一个困难年。因而,如何改善产品的组合、增加技术设备投资、朝向玻化砖发展,提高产品的附加价值以及外销市场的拓展等,都是各区域内磁砖产业持续生存的不二法门。 |
